Recently expanded and remodeled suburban house located on a hilly corner lot in Encinitas Estates needed a completely new landscape. Due to the size of the project, the scope was divided into phases: adding an inviting entrance and creating privacy around the home, then tackling the street side hill plantings and addressing rain water runoff.
